   Both are great, it’s safe to take at the same time…

   Both are fine to take together. Spring Valley is not known as a top quality supplement company, but their products are probably OK. I have used them from time to time (cheap and available at Wally Mart). One thing about garlic – garlic capsules are good, but you will get the most value from freshly chopped or minced garlic that has set for about 15 mintutes.
