<p>Taking down super sized meals was more of profit bearing opportunity for the fast food companies then actually caring about the fact that Americans are eating themselves to death.  And a smart one for them.  Fact of the matter is, that these people eat what they eat KNOWING that what they put into their bodies is not good for them, and they choose to do so anyways.  </p>

<p>By taking away the super sized meals these people just go on to order more food to fill their stomachs.  By taking away the super sized fries, they just order an extra large french fry at full price.  They&#8217;re still eating just as much, and are just as hungry as they were before but instead of getting that one huge meal they substitute it by getting more food at the regular costs.  Adding an extra burger, a second fry, a second drink to their order.  And the ONLY thing that has truly changed for the regular fast food diners is the amount of their bill.  They are still consuming the same amount of food.<br />
<br />It&#8217;s going to take a lot more then nutrition labels and down sizing the amount of food given to make these people wake up and see what they are doing to themselves.  Unfortunately, by the time they do realize it, it&#8217;s going to be too late.</p>

<p>place them in a well lit spot but not in full sunlight</p>
<p>twice a day pour fresh cold water over the seeds and after 5-7 days &#8211; depending on seed variety &#8211; they&#8217;ll be ready to eat</p>

<p>A super food is a food that is considered especially nutritious or beneficial to health and well being.  It is often an overused marketing term to promote certain products containing some of the healthiest foods.  Of course, there are many different kinds of food that are good for you, but some are better than others.  Next time you head to the grocery store, try adding some of the following foods to the top of your shopping list.  </p>

<p>Start your day right with some fresh berries, especially blueberries.  They are rich in antioxidants, low in calories, and high in water and fiber to maintain proper blood sugar levels and help you feeling full longer.  Add them to low fat or fat free plain yogurt as a natural sweetener.  Yogurt is higher in calcium that some other dairy products and includes other nutrients such as protein and potassium.  Try to buy yogurt enhanced with vitamin D or add some skim milk to your morning coffee to get your daily dose of dairy.  Finally, eggs are a good source of protein to keep you filled up longer, eating less calories and promoting weight loss.   </p>

<p>For a healthy mid day meal, it is better to pack a power lunch than to scramble for a quick fix at a fast food place.  Be sure to base it around protein to increase energy levels throughout the afternoon.  Beans are loaded with insoluble fiber and are a super healthy substitute for meat.  I like to toss some black beans into my salad or make bean tacos as a pleasant change from beef or chicken.  Edamame soy beans are one of my favorite snack foods and they contain heart healthy omega – 3 fatty acids.  </p>

<p>Lastly, you will want to have a healthy dinner to prepare yourself for the next day.  Salmon with sweet potatoes is one of the simplest, yet most delicious meals in the world.  Rich in omega – 3 fatty acids, salmon is also good source of iron.  Loaded with vitamins A and C, calcium, and potassium, this super orange food is much healthier than a white baked potato.  Other top super foods include broccoli, nuts, and kiwi.  So, go ahead and eat heart healthy!</p>

<p>Lady Yang Kuei Fei, Imperial cocubine to the last emperor of the T&#8217;ang dynasty (Hsuan Tsung, 712-756 A.D.), was an early and passionate devotee to the lychee. A red, heart-shaped fruit originally cultivated in China almost 2,000 years ago, this symbol of love and romance reached Hawaii in 1873. It was conveyed to California and Florida by 1897. </p>

<p>A versatile &#8220;super fruit,&#8221; lychees are used for sweetening juices, meats, salads, and parfaits; there are even lychee skin products and a lychee martini (this and other recipes at http://www.lycheesonline.com). The Lady Yang Kuei Fei enjoyed them fresh, when they&#8217;re tastiest. In fact, using a series of guards on fast horses, her emperor ordered that lychees be transported 600 miles for her enjoyment (no mean feat: Lychees don&#8217;t ripen after they&#8217;re picked, and they spoil quickly).  </p>
<p>
<p>Lychees are available in health food and specialty stores in many forms, including fresh. The flesh is translucent white, firm, and juicy. It packs 72 mg of the antioxidant vitamin C as well as some fiber and B vitamins. </p>

<p>However, the lychee isn&#8217;t without some unusual qualities. Neither the peel nor the single seed are edible; remove both before you eat the fruit. A lychee myth is illustrated by the Cantonese saying, &#8220;One lychee equals three torches of fire,&#8221; referring to the fruit&#8217;s Yang properties. The saying&#8217;s accuracy is unsubstantiated, but if you&#8217;re concerned, 3 lychees are enough  they&#8217;ll provide 1/3 of an adult&#8217;s daily requirement for vitamin C.</p>

Each company that promotes juice products claim that their juice has the most &#8220;muscle.&#8221; What inquiring minds want to know is how viable <strong>ExFuze </strong>is as an mlm opportunity. This article will answer that question.</p>
<p>The company founders are a pair of brothers; Rick and Don Cotton. Rick is a dynamic speaker with many years of network marketing experience, and Don is a operations whiz. Don is formerly an executive with Microsoft, and winner of several achievement awards. Team <strong>&#8220;exFuze&#8221;</strong> also consists of Lawrence Taylor and Eric Dickerson, two N.F.L. legends. So it would seem that the company is in good management hands.</p>
<p><strong>ExFuze juice</strong> is the company&#8217;s featured product. The juice is almost a &#8220;all-star team&#8221; of super fruit juices! While other companies feature one juice type as a signature product, ExFuze juice combines the top 7 super fruit juices!Among the juices included are Acai berry,Noni Fruit,Goji Berry,Mangosteen, among others. The juices combine to make<strong> ExFuze</strong> a nutrient dense juggernaut! It is packed with anti-oxidants, omega complex fatty acids, enzymes,vitamins, amino acids and a &#8220;partidge in a pear tree!&#8221; Reports and testimonials for the juice are as plentiful as the nutrient profile.</p>
<p>The juice is pricey, though. It goes for 45.00 retail for a 25 oz bottle! Distributors can buy it at wholesale, 30.00 a bottle, and keep the retail profit of 15.00. Interestingly enough, it costs nothing to be a distributor. For simply filling out an application, the company will also provide you with a replicated website.</p>
<p>ExFuze&#8217;s compensation plan is a classic binary plan. A good plan in that it only requires two &#8220;sign-ups&#8221; to start earning money. Not so good in that it is a definite &#8220;juggling&#8221; act in keeping both legs of the plan active and earning. In a binary, commissions are always determined by the earnings of the weaker leg. The company also has many &#8220;fast start&#8221; bonuses, geared to help distributors make money fast.</p>
<p>In conclusion, ExFuze suffers from the &#8220;one product&#8221; syndrome. <strong>Network marketing</strong> companies featuring one product generally don&#8217;t last. <p>It was in 1991 when I purchased my first PC desktop. The PC changed my sleep, diet &amp; exercise routines. Pitched up with great concentration levels for continuous long hours on the PC, I found the habitual cups of coffee were doing more harm but I had to be informed by the doctor to break this habit. In my efforts to find the alternative, I found that every body was talking of alternative everything.
