All that stuff is theoretically safe, if its pure. But since this product uses herbs, there is no agency that regulates the purity of these herbs!

to be honest, this product will only take your money.

here’s the absolute truth about “fat burning” pills, and i probably shouldn’t even post this buuuuuuuuut here goes:

even the best product you can buy over the counter (ephedrine/caffeine/aspirin stack, which is impossible to find these days) only burn an additional 5% calories. so if you’re eating 1000 cals, that’s only 50 calories!

then there is a stack of two drugs (1 is not approved by the FDA but it is in Europe for bronchial. the other is a thyroid medication which is not approved by the FDA for fat loss, only thyroid help). THIS stack is the best thing for burning fat. However, even it only accounts for an additional 10% of burned calories. not worth the trouble of breaking the law in getting it, is it!

i guess what i’m trying to say is, dont let these supplement companies take your hard earned money.

use a proper combination of macronutrients in ur diet & cardio & weight lifting to achieve magical results!

good luck!
